A Colourful Pageant: The United Guilds’ Service 2019

Mar 29, 2019

Truly one of the most spectacular events in the Guild’s diary, the United Guilds’ Service sees the entire City and Livery turn out as one in their finest robes and badges to give thanks for the hard work done in their name throughout the year.

Originally instituted as a procession through London in the aftermath of the blitz to literally brighten the City of London with their colourful gowns, the service is now an annual reminder of the greater purpose of the City and Livery movement, and the Guild is privileged to receive tickets to send our Master and members to the event.
