Cameron Lane-Ley Installed as Court Assistant

The Court of Assistants to the Guild of Young Freemen is delighted to install Cameron Lane-Ley as our new Court Assistant at our most recent Court meeting at Drapers’ Hall on 19th February 2025. 

Cameron has been part of the Guild of Young Freemen since February 2023. Cameron is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Gunmakers sharing his livery’s passion for the working trade of gunmaking and sport.

Professionally, Cameron is an Associate Director in the Global Bid and Pursuit team at Howden Insurance Brokers; a chartered member of the Chartered Management Institute and member of the Institute for Leadership. He joined the London Insurance market after 8 years as an Officer of the British Army and remains a Reservist Officer, developing future leaders in the University Officer Training Corps. Cameron founded and chairs his company’s military community network and is involved in various military facing initiatives in the City of London.
