The Court of Assistants to the Guild of Young Freemen was delighted to install Charley Teale as new Court Assistant at our most recent Court meeting on 10th October 2025.
Charley Teale is Head of Finance Operations for UK Health & Talent at Aon, where she leads on financial management and operational efficiency across key business areas. She is also a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths, following in the footsteps of her family, and has recently been appointed to join the Court of the Blacksmiths’ Company.
Charley has been an active and engaged member of the Guild and was previously featured in our Member Spotlight, where she shared her passion for civic engagement and supporting young professionals across the City.
The Court warmly congratulates Charley on her election and looks forward to her continued contributions to the Guild.
