Event Bookings and Tickets

Event bookings and tickets for Guild of Young Freemen events are managed via our TicketTailor platform. By placing a booking with us, you are giving notice of your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility when submitting an event booking to ensure that the details within are correct, up-to-date, and accurate.

Should a booking contain obvious errors or inaccuracies, we reserve the right to contact you to resolve the issues as far as practically possible.

Once payment is made, an automatic message will be sent to you confirming your booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

All bookings for Guild of Young Freemen events are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Cancellations must be requested via email to clerk@youngfreemen.org

If the Guild cancels your booking (either individually or where an event has been cancelled) which has been made in good faith (e.g. all information in the booking is correct, up-to-date, and accurate), you will receive a full refund.

If you request to cancel your booking prior to the advertised booking deadline for an event (which will be displayed on the TicketTailor event page or in the event flyer), you will receive a refund less a £5.00 per ticket administration fee as soon as practically possible.

Refunds will not be made for any cancellations after the advertised booking deadline has passed.

No-Show Policy

Guild of Young Freemen members, their guests, and others who book tickets to attend our events are asked to provide at least 48 hour notice should they become unable to attend the event, to assist the Events Team in minimising any disruption caused as a result.

Where suitable notice or explanation is not provided for three events within a twelve-month window (looking backwards from the most recent infraction), we reserve the right to refuse to accept bookings and to cancel bookings made by or for those in breach of this policy.

Queries and Complaints

If you have any questions or concerns about the Guild’s policies please contact the Clerk via email at clerk@youngfreemen.org.

Notification of Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Updates to these terms and conditions will be posted to the Guild’s website, and members will be notified via email.
